Beloved wife of Lawrence George (Dec). Loved and loving mother of Susanne (Wetherell), Cheryl Bailey, Karen Turner and families. Eldest daughter of Fred and Ann Monk nee Leerson. “Our Queen Bess” died peacefully at Logan Lodge, Swan Hill Health. Now free from the trials of life. A heart of gold at rest.
Funeral Notice
Service held Tuesday March 20, 2018 - 10:30amFamily and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service of the late Aileen Elizabeth Turner to be held at the Uniting Church, Beveridge St, Swan Hill on TUESDAY (March 20) at 10.30 AM. following the Service the Funeral will proceed to the Lawn C Section of Swan Hill Memorial Park.

To all of Aileen’s extended family.
All our love and sympathy on the passing of Aileen’s but also celebrating a life of wonderful Christian mission through her church at Wendouree Uniting, through op shop, Uniting Church Fellowsip, food collections for local UCA outreach, weekly studies and not to forget her Christmas shortbread biscuits for everyone who attended worship. Her hospitality was a highlight and we all loved her annual, famous coffee party and her beautiful cups, saucers and plates! There are many more memories but mission started by her continues in our congregation.
This comes with all the love from Wendouree Uniting Church congregation. -
