Beloved mother of Steven, Julie and David. Cherished Nan of Jacob, Joshua, Oliver, Laurie, Jasmine and Aidan.

Patricia is the daughter of Shirley Elanor Moody, born 13th August 1926 (Wales) and Jan Rudolph Krzempek, born 5th May 1926 (Poland).

Much loved sister of Alan Krzempek, Rita Paige (Dec), Johnny Krzempek (Dec) and Jaine Bishop.

Know that until we meet again we will cherish the memories, rest easy Nany and know you are forever loved.

In accordance with recent changes to funeral services a private cremation will be held for Patricia Hilda Krzempek.
