Pat was happily married to my father Ron Smith for 20 years. On behalf of my 4 siblings (I’m sure they will agree with me because we have spoken about it many times), I would like to pay a huge tribute to Pat for her devotion to Dad. He was a very lucky man to have Pat in his life. She absolutely adored him and looked after him so well and we frequently let Pat know that. We 5 Smith “kids” never had to worry about Dad’s well-being because Pat was always there for him. For that we are eternally grateful to Pat.
