  11. Dear Craig and family,
I used to work with Annette in Sea Lake Hospital. I live in Dublin now.
I was gutted to hear Annette passed away. Even though I haven’t seen Annette in probably 25 years, I still considered her a friend! That’s the impact she had. She was such a wonderful person, so full of life and fun. She was completely down to earth and every cell in her body was full of caring. She was so kind and uplifting to her patients. And her workmates too.
I was so very fond of Annette. When I left Sea Lake and flew off to the other side of the world, I was thinking of her in London. I sent her a teddy bear from there. Because she was my favourite. And since I’ve been away, she has remained kind and supportive virtually. I was very happy to reconnect via Facebook. It seems silly, but she felt near with every like and comment.
I can’t really find the right words, but I am truly devastated for you, and all your family. Annette’s loss is felt from the opposite side of the planet. She really was a gem.
Deepest sympathy and love to you and all your family, from
Summer Lynch (and my husband Michael, and kids Aidan and Aoife).
