Passed away peacefully at Swan Hill and District Health.
Loved partner of John.
Much loved mother of Kristy, Brian, Erin and their partners.
Cherished Nan of Jordan, Camden, Riley and Kizan.
And loving Step Mother to the Hazlett boys and their families.
Loving sister of Brian (dec), Alan, Leslie, Terry, Judith, Katie and their families.
Now at peace.
The family of Carol wish to thank all of Swan Hill District Health who cared so lovingly for her.
