Born on November 19, 1931 . Passed away on July 3, 2020 .

Died peacefully at Manangatang Aged Care on 3rd July 2020.

Beloved wife of Alex (Dec).

Loved mother of Chris, Tangles and Paula,  and Graz.

Loved Grandmother of Karlie and Joe, Jodi and James, Matilda and Archie. Great Grandmother of Bailey, Asher, Layken and Javier: Khan and Indy.

Rest in Peace.

 

Funeral Notice

Private service

In accordance with recent changes to funeral services a private service will be held for Joan at the Swan Hill Cemetery.

A tribute can be left on our website as you remember Joan's life and to express condolences to the family whom are able to read, reflect and treasure.

  3. Goodbye to a Special Lady, your immense knowledge of so many things in life always amazed me. Your love of the farm never ceased . Your skills and knowledge of horse riding were one of the Best
    For all those times of looking after Karlie and Jodi , for teaching them how to ride , for taking them to horse shows and on trips with you I’m so GREATFUL.. you instilled your love of farm life and hard work ethics into them thus this has helped them to be the individuals they have become today.
    I was thankful that I got to sit and chat about the past last week and to see you smile and laugh .
    There was a reason for our last encounter, it was to say our GOODBYES XXX Deb

    She was strong, capable and proud. A calm and intuitive horsewoman. A provider of direct and honest feedback. A comfortable companion with an easy laugh.
    Joan generously absorbed me into her world and I am very grateful for the happy memories of my time on the farm. In my thoughts.
