  8. Fond memories going for drives around Tyrell in the late 70’s. Great years an amazing place.

Decades later gave great advice as only an old mallee farmer could give.

Saw you get run through by a bull in late 2010 thirty year olds don’t survive that let alone when your eighty. Showed your huge mental & physical toughness to climb out of your hospital bed within a week to go to Nana’s funeral. I knew you were in agony but not one complaint. You had to reinvent yourself for the last ten years of your life.

Finally a huge thanks to Logan Lodge an it’s wonderful staff in looking after Franky in the final months of his life. Got him involved in activities showed enormous compassion and dignity to him right to the end.

Love Tony and grandkids Michael, Helena & Alice

  20. Fay, the Residents and Ratepayers Association were saddened to hear of your loss. Frank was an important part of the Association for many years. He was a great source of encouragement too me as the new secretary filling the shoes of Keith Greenham. He kept telling me I was doing a good job and for the new chum, this was a real boost. He also had that look sometimes when he was about to stir someone, I remember it well. And those memories of him will stay with me and with the rest of the members who knew him from his time in the Association. Even though he stepped away from being actively involved, he still paid his membership regularly to support us. He will be missed.
