Funeral Notice
Service held Monday November 21, 2022 - 11:00amRequiem Mass to celebrate the life of Gavan O’Brien will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Splatt Street, Swan Hill on Monday 21st November, 2022 commencing at 11.00am. Following the service the funeral will proceed to Swan Hill Memorial Park, Lawn D section enter off Wattie St.
The service will be live streamed for those unable to attend. Streaming code provided to the family.

Uncle Gav the biggest stirrer of them all. Always up to mischief and willing to share a laugh. Growing up you were never short of lollies or a tall tale to tell. Making a cuppa for you was never easy as the instructions changed every time-stir anti clockwise 4 times then stop for 3 seconds and 7 stirs the other way or maybe just 8 quick stirs and tap the side twice!! Memories of the horses and dogs doing tricks and you making appearances to St.Mary’s barn dances to show your animals skills off was always a highlight.
I love that you were always present to help guide me through life events, to pray, laugh and just be there. Bernie loved seeing your crazy birds and enjoyed visiting Gabbin.
