Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family xx. Loving wife of John (dec). Mother of Vicki, Roslyn, Debra and John. Mother-in-law of Ken, Frank, David and Gemma. Nanna of Nicole & James, Matt & Ashlee. Lauren & James, Alisha & Marcus, Jake and Katelin. Calvin & Clare, Jaclyn, Alanna & Hayley. Sinead, Maddy, Brooke & Jack. Great Nanna of Declan, Teagan, Kaylan, Jack & Ben.

When tomorrow starts without me, and I’m not here to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes, filled with tears for me.
I wish so much you wouldn’t cry, the way you did today,
While thinking of the many things, we didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me, as much as I love you,
And each time you think of me, I know you’ll miss me too.

Funeral Notice

Service held Friday October 14, 2016 - 1:30pm

A service to celebrate the life of Hazel Dorothy Monk will be held at the Grain Shed Church of Christ  2 King Street Swan Hill on Friday 14th October commencing at 1.30pm followed by a burial at Swan Hill Memorial Park  Lawn Section
