James Joseph Grant

Born on July 26, 1937 . Passed away on June 20, 2022 .

James Joseph Grant
‘Grandy’
26/07/1937 – 20/06/2022
Beloved husband of Janeta
Loving father to Karla, Andrew and Jason, Grandy to Stephanie, Gemmah, Zac & Sienna and Great Grandy to Oscar & Goldie.

An honest, kind, loving, humble and generous man with a dry sense of humour who loved his family beyond words, and worked hard to provide them with the very best life. A trustworthy friend, who was always up for a coffee and a chat about solving the worlds problems, and man that you could do a deal with, with just a handshake. He will always be remembered for his kindness, and will be sorely missed by everyone.

  8. Dear Janeta and family

Very sorry to hear of Jimmy’s passing. Jimmy was a good friend. An astute observer of human nature with a kind heart, teamed with a dry, hilarious sense of humour. Always a wise word. I loved our morning coffees at Freshwater. Jimmy was the hub of the community he formed – extraordinary in such a big building. He will be sorely missed.

Love and thoughts are with you.
