Jack passed away peacefully at SHDH at the age of 100 years. Beloved husband of 67 years to Hazel.
Loving Father and Father in law of Neville and Rae, Jenny and Paul, Liz and Trevor, Danny (Dec) and Rhonda, Peter and Faye, Geoff and Annette, Judy and Paul, Mary (Dec), Kerrie and Dave. Grandfather to 14 Grand-children and Great Grandfather to 16 Great Grand-children
Funeral Notice
Service held Thursday April 19, 2018 - 1:30pmRequiem Mass will be offered for Mr John (Jack) Vincent Lavey at St Mary's Catholic Church, 62 Splatt St, Swan Hill on Thursday 19th April commencing at 1.30p.m.
Following the service, a burial will be held at Swan Hill Cemetery, Coronation Ave, Swan Hill
Following the burial, please join the family for the Wake at the Swan Hill Bowls Club, Corner Curlewis Street & McCallum Street, Swan Hill
In memory of Jack’s most respected cause, donations to the Swan Hill Branch of the Australian Returned & Services League of Australia greatly appreciated.

To Hazel and all the family, we send our sincere condolences to all on the passing of Jack. We apologise for not able to attend his funeral as we will be away in Melbourne. It was great to know Jack as a neigbour and Lalbert footy club member.
