Son of Doretta Davis and Andrew Weston (Dec).

Loved brother of Taleesha and Josh, Alisha and Cam and Iesha.

Much loved “Son” of Jeff and Barb, loved “brother” of Jade and Ieesha, Mark, Lenay and Matt, Tarley, Anthony and Kayla.

Much loved Uncle to all his nephews and nieces.

Reunited with family and mates.

In accordance with recent changes to funeral services a private burial will be held for Jordan at Swan Hill Memorial Park.

A tribute can be left on our website as you remember Jordan's life and to express condolences to the family whom are able to read, reflect and treasure.
