  1. I’m very sorry to hear of Louis’ passing.
Louis certainly stood out against his vertically challenged first cousins – my father Bruco and siblings Thel, Rob and Jenny.
He has often been spoken of fondly in our family conversations over the years, even though I left the Mallee more than 4 decades ago.

  4. LOUIS, LVM. (always wondered what the V was for)
Since meeting you in Kiwi House I have known you close to 60 years; 2 Hemispheres. 2 Countries.
Thankyou for many many wonderful memories of some tough times but predominately good, great, fun enjoyable times – occasions, celebrations. You name it!
You were physically tall with great ethics and high standards. You “Cut the Mustard” Mate! Single, Married – whether at work, a party or home with the family you were a survivor.
Many have known you as long as Marilyn and I have, some longer and better. We shall never forget you and the times we spent with you all in Birchip. Where? I hear some say – oh yes we’ve been there!
Louis- You are at peace now and we shall carry on without you as I’m sure you would want us to.
Greg and Steph to you both our Special Love and Prayers
