Ohh Mary I was so saddened to hear of your passing, I will always cherish our laughs and cuddles and the way you’d light up a room with your infectious laugh, you reminded me so much of my nan, that you became a second one to me. May you be dancing in the sky, until we meet again beautiful Mary.

I always loved talking to Mary and her friend Joan at church. Mary had such a twinkle in her eye and such a joyful outlook. I am smiling just thinking about her now.

I will miss chatting to Mary @ the “Box” , always cheerful, encouraging & making time to catch up. The endless conversations we had of our granddaughter’s ballet performances in Shepparton saw Mary beaming with pride. Love to all Mary’s family. We will miss her but are so blessed to have had her in our lives.

My beautiful Mary,
Our long chats on night shift and the days of old when you arrived in Australia on the Oriana. We would have a laugh together about the ten pound poms. Your arriving in Australia the same time as my dear Nan and her 4 children, also ten pound poms. Cups of Yorkshire, propper strong tea I would bring in just for us to share and you loved it. Plenty of times holding your hand when you were frightened, but we would end up talking about the royals and looking at pictures of them and you’d have a little story to tell. I will always cherish your beautiful smile and your friendship. RIP my darling lady. Fly high. 🧖🏼💜🧡❤️ Sam former Carer @ Hope aged care.
