Passed away peacefully on Sunday 18th September 2016. Aged 77 years. Dearly loved wife of Laurie (Dec). Precious mother to John, Peter, Chris, Anne and their families.

Funeral Notice

Service held Thursday September 22, 2016 - 2:00pm

Requiem mass for the repose of the soul of Mrs Patricia Caldwell will be offered at St Mary's Catholic  Church, Sea Lake on THURSDAY  (September  22nd) commencing at 2.00 pm then leaving for the Sea Lake Cemetery.
