Dear Betty, Julie, Garry, Wayne and families,
Sending our deepest sympathies at this very sad time, on the passing of Ray.
I remember fondly over 25 years ago when Mum and Dad (Marie and Paddy Dillon) moved to Lake Boga, and Ray and Betty were one of the first couples to greet and welcome our family to the community. Such a kind and gentle man.
Sending you my thoughts and prayers at this time.
Sincerely,

Dear Betty,Julie,Garry, Wayne. and your families.
The members of the Lake Boga Yacht Club wish to express our condolences to you on the passing of Ray.
Our members have fond memories of Ray as a club member who was a very competitive sailor at our club over many many years.
Ray mentored many of his crew and junior sailors who later became sailors in their own right.
He will also be remembered in the wider sailing community as he competed and was very successful at many regattas around Australia.

Thinking of you. Lots of wonderful memories of sailing at Boga and all over the country. That happy nature and infectious smile Ray always wore is a rare thing and will be missed. The battles with Bejugaraway were fun, fair and even fierce, but we all had a laugh afterwards.
