Tracey Leanne Holt passed away peacefully on Thursday 16th of September  2021.

Beloved wife of Kevin & cherished mother of Aaron, Rachel ( dec ) & Matthew.

My darling wife Tracey passed away peacefully after a long battle with MND.

Now reunited with her mother Ruby, daughter Rachel & all those whom she loved who have gone before her.

Rest well my darling; you are free of the shackles of the dreaded, mongrel beast MND.

We will miss you forever.

Your loving extended family.

RIP my darling Tracey.

Private service

A Private & Restricted Funeral Service (Due to COVID19) will be held for Mrs Tracey Leanne Holt.

Tracey’s Service will be live streamed. Please go to the Live Streaming tab on our home page at 2.o0pm on FRIDAY 24th September, 2021  (passcodes provided to family).
