Bill, there isn’t enough words written in the English Dictionary or on the Planet to describe what a remarkable person you were. What you have left behind for all to see, is your undeniable love of family, your commitment and loyalty to your students is endless, your support and creativity to your Community in which you lived will never be forgotten, and your trust and devotion to your faith will be rewarded in Heaven. This is Bill’s legacy to his life. Everyone that knew him or that he touched will be mourning and grieving today because he left his footprints behind and made such an amazing difference in their lives. Bill is so loved and will be sadly missed. I, myself Christine had the privilege of meeting Bill and his wonderful Brother Alan, when I had the honour of nursing their parents Jesse and Neil. Bill enriched my life then and he still does now. REST IN PEACE my friend.

On behalf of the members of the Kerang Music Society Choir, I wish to extend our sincere condolences to the family on the death of Bill Kemp. Bill and Merrilyn joined the Kerang Choir a few years ago and travelled on a weekly basis to Kerang for rehearsals with four other Swan Hill area singers. With male choristers being a minority in the choir, it will now leave a large gap in the output of the other male bass singers.
