We knew little that morning,
That God would call your name.
In life, we loved you dearly,
In death, we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide.
And though we cannot see you,
You are always by our side.
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.Dear Nana,
You were an amazing role model to us all of a strong, loving independent woman right to the end. Will miss your morning teas whenever we visited, reading your birthday cards to the family ( they couldn’t read your beautiful writing) and our catch ups.
Rest Peacefully

To my wonderful stepmother. You made me see things in such a different light. You made me feel so loved and wanted. I missed you so much over the years. I never stopped loving you.
You were one in a million and I’m so glad that I had the pleasure of being a part of your life.
Love you so much

Nanny Jean.
I am very proud to have had you as a nan while you and pop ( Max bailey
) was together. Or though I was only young I still have every fond memories spending time with you and getting spoilt and still love hard boiled butterscotch lollies because they remind me of you. Love you nanny jean rest peacefully -
Nanna, though we knew you weren’t going to heare forever, it’s still hard to believe you have gone. No more morning teas with cheese and gherkin bikkies, or cups of tea with shortbread. No more beautifully handwritten cards or letters arriving in the mail, even though we knew how hard it was for you to write them these days. Thank you for showing us how to be strong, independent women, who will survive on our own if we need to. Love you Nanna, rest easy now xx
Kymm, Craig, Billie, Tex & Nash -
God looked around his garden
and found an empty space.
Then he looked down upon this
earth and saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
and lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.Nanna, you truly were a very special lady. You may have passed on, but your memories will always live on within us. Thank you for all your love, kindness, concern and care. Fridays will not be the same without our morning catch ups and cups of tea. Always lots of goodies on offer for anyone who dropped in. Resting peacefully. Love you Nanna xxxx
